Lolah

Privacy policy

Last updated 6 August 2026.

Lolah is a private personal assistant. This policy explains what she handles and how it is kept. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who runs Lolah

Lolah is operated by her owner, for the owner. She is not a public service and there are no customer accounts. This site is informational.

What she processes

When connected to an account, Lolah reads only what her owner explicitly connects, which may include:

Where it lives

All data stays inside the owner's own private cloud account. It is not pooled with anyone else's, not sold, not shared, and not used to train any model. Credentials are held in a managed secrets service and never appear in source code or in conversations.

Who can see it

Only the owner. Lolah refuses to answer anyone else, and administrative access is restricted by network address and single sign on. Access to the underlying account is logged.

How long it is kept

Gathered messages and events expire automatically after 30 days. Notes and preferences the owner asks her to remember are kept until the owner removes them.

Third parties

Lolah uses a cloud provider for hosting and a language model provider to read and rank what she gathers. Those providers process data only to deliver the service. She sends nothing to advertisers or analytics services, and this site sets no tracking cookies.

Sensitive information

Where health, financial or identity documents are tracked, they are held in the owner's private account only and are never included in shared documents or messages. A reminder names a deadline, never a diagnosis.
